I appreciate the prompt response emails with answers to questions we had. I can't say enough about this establishment. Each party has been very organized and guest always say they had a great time! We've had parties at other places but never had the attention we get here. We will be back!

We genuinely enjoyed celebrating our daughter’s 5th birthday with Time SquareEntertainment. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the scheduling process,updating our reservation to party day. They greeted us and our guests like long timefriends and provided consistent excellent service throughout our event. The teammembers that were appointed to work directly with our party did a fantastic job ofkeeping us on schedule and helping us manage our party of EIGHTEEN 4- and 5-year-olds! Many of the parents that attended our party expressed their satisfaction with howeasy it was to keep an eye on our kids as well as engage with one other – this is exceedinglydifficult at larger venues and can make the experience more stressful than enjoyable. Wewould 100% recommend this venue to our friends and family in the future. In fact, wehave family coming in town to visit over the Christmas holidays this year and are stronglyconsidering hosting a bowling night for everyone during their stay. We’ll be in touch!

From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and quick to assist asthe party arrived. Luis Miguel was our party host and he was awesome! He stayed on top ofeverything needed and constantly asked if anyone needed anything. He was professional andmade this day easy on us parents.
